DESIGN FEATURES:

The OT3901-LS1 GM-Specific 340LPH Intank Fuel Pump has a number of design advantages compared to a Walbro  255 pump, or generic offshore unproven "255LPH" pumps sold by fulfillment  warehouses instead of real performance parts distributors.

1. Venturi port functionality allows tank to be used all the way down to empty, just like OEM pump, instead of having to keep it  1/4 full like generic performance pumps which aren't designed for the 96-01  Vortec sending units.

2. OSIAS 340LPH pumps can also  be used as direct replacement pumps, without overpowering the factory fuel  pressure regulator.  The advantage of modern return-style fuel  systems is that they only use as much fuel as the engine requires.  Any unused  fuel is automatically sent back to the tank via the return line.  

3. Except for a faint "wheen" during pump priming, OSIAS pumps are nearly silent.  Walbro pumps are notorious for their loud vibrating "hum" during operation.

4. OSIAS pumps are manufactured to our specifications to balance volume, pressure, and turbine impeller angle to prevent overheating of the fuel (a known issue with Aeromotive's 340LPH Pump,  and Walbro's New F90000262 400LPH Pump). 

5. OSIAS backs every single pump with a Lifetime Warranty.  Walbro requires that you pay a $40  "warranty fee" when you send the pump in which often results in them telling you  it was installer error, not pump failure.

6. OSIAS pumps are flow verified by OSIAS factory and are guaranteed to flow higher than any 340LPH pump on the market。
